Condiments, Sauces, Jams, Jellies

Dippity doo dah! We all love condiments to add some zip to whatever we are eating. A great way to get kids to eat their food? Try condiments. Works like a charm.

I will add two more –

    1. Organic salad dressing. My niece tried a nappa cabbage, apple and raisin salad with a little red wine vinagarette on it and wanted to finish the whole bowl, when she has been turning her nose up at vegies lately. (There is not much wine in there, it is more like a sweet and sour dressing).

    2. Good ol’ butter. It really ads flavor and most kids need a little more oils in their diet. Not margarine, as that is a hydrogenated oil, which is bad.

I am going to have a crawfish boil Easter with about 50 people. Any ideas on BIG desserts?
