Salad

Any way you toss it, salad plays an important part in any meal. I am known for my yummy Coleslaw so bring some to your next event. Our favorite way to eat coleslaw is piled high next to or on top of some smoked barbecue, learned that one while living in North Carolina. It is also great on top of a burger with chili. Dig Deep will be about the prettiest salad you will ever make. Try my Pink Lady Poppy Seed Dressing, it took me years to perfect and now we love it on Strawberry Spinach Salad.

It would be awesome if you could make a recipe for low-calorie dressing! I haven’t been able to find any recipes for homemade low-cal dressing anywhere.
