Packing Eat Week- tell the world

1472759_10151783938483564_1823216049_n It’s Packing Eat Week here in BRK, which is very much like Shark Week, but with glass and food instead of teeth, blood, and shredded arms and legs. I created this week to reflect what actually goes on here in the K: how I Small Batch Cook; pack my fridge with food for on-the-go or active week nights; and how I cook for Paleoheads and NonPaleos.  So tell your friends and family and I would love if we can especially target active families (hate the word busy!), students, and MEN. Yes, men. I have so many lady followers, but where are the men? Don’t they cook too?  Send them my way, OK?

1. Small Batch Cooking- How to break cooking down into Small Batches instead of Big ones.   Go Small, or go home.
2. Algorithms over recipes. Nerdy cooking charts with my mad scientist cooking methods. Techs love this stuff.
3. Packing Eat meals are created to; enhance your weeknight meals; on active nights become your weeknight meals; and your to go meals for the lunchbox. Post workout nutrition too perhaps?
4. Packing Eat meals are emergency back-ups or delicious insurance policies. Example:  Planned dinner was impossible to pull off due to traffic jam on the way home from work, now what? Healthy Packing Eat meals ready to save the night.
5.  You control portions by packing these meals in portions appropriate to your individual dietary needs.
6. Budget Control due to less eating out, decreased need for take away or drive-thru’s, and avoiding waste.
7. Healthy! Adapt my ideas according to your own dietary choices for a healthier lifestyle.
8. Time is time, but I will show you how to cut corners, rob, cheat, and steal.
9.  Peace of mind when your fridge contains a few meals to relieve stressful weeknights. Forget Xanax just Pack Eat. Ohmmmm.
10. Plus a fridge full of these meals just looks cool, so cool, you’ll be posting fridge selfie pics on Facebook. Let the un-friending begin.

So how ’bout it?  A fridge fully loaded with whole food meals prepared in short bursts of time for stress-free weeknight dinners or meals on the go? I can get you there if you are willing and eager.

    I can hardly wait! I’m really looking forward to this! I may be having hand surgery after the first of the year, hubs can’t cook at all, and I need to pack my freezer FULL of ready to eat or slow cooker meals. I need all the help I can get!
